Frozen Fears

For a while now, the four Clans have been living in peace. The weather has been fair, even with leaf-fall in their midst. The prey and water has been fine, even though most prey has gone into hiding for the leaf-bare season. But as leaf-bare approaches, things start to change rapidly.

Frost is starting to form on treetops, and ice is covering the rivers and streams, and even grass. Prey is scarce during the cold weather of leaf-bare, and winds start to blow almost constantly. The weather has been acting strange, and the Clans are arguing over the little water and prey that is left.

Patrols keep finding cats from other Clans hunting in territories that are not their own, and Gatherings have grown restless. No Clan will agree on any suggestions made. BoneClan has declared a small war on NightClan for their prey. GustClan chose to attack HailClan for the little water that is left near their territories, and now almost every cat is fighting.

How much farther can the Clans go in such harsh weather, with all the fighting and prey and water shortages? How long can they stand fighting each other? How many Gatherings will turn into fights? Can the Clans get through this leaf-bare? Will the Clans get out alive?

8/08/08:There is currently a ban on all apprentices. Please focus on more Warriors, Kits, and Queens, Rogues, and Loners. Thank you.

7/04/08: Happy fourth of July, everyone! Hope you have a great day and enjoy all the fireworks. ^^ Try watching them in 3D Glasses if you want. It's fun. xD

6/26/08: GOA now has a plot! After many months of waiting(sorry about that x-X), there is a plot to follow while RPing. Have fun with it, everyone! There will soon be a thread started just for it and it shall be the ONLY thread used for the plot. Once it's over, there will be a new plot up later. -- Brackentail

3/24/08 Affiliation is now open.
I apologize, everyone, for the slight inactivity that has befallen GOA in these past weeks. However, there are finally some new places to advertise so I will be getting that done more often now. Hopefully we can get the old members back and active again. Don't worry, guys; GOA will definitely be active again!

1/23/08 Until further notice, all affiliation is now closed. Please don't ask to affiliate with us for a while. Once we reopen it again, feel free to request affiliation. -- Brackentail

1/19/08 HailClan currently has 18 cats, and the other Clans are falling behind. At the moment, BoneClan has only 12 cats, and NightClan has 13. Those Clans will need a few more cats until further notice. Thank you. -- Brackentail

1/15/08 All the Clans have a fair amount of cats now, though some are still lacking some cats. NightClan needs some apprentices. BoneClan has plenty of apprentices, though. Every Clan could do with more kits. Please try making a few more of those characters until another update comes up. You can keep making some warriors, though. Thanks. -- Brackentail

1/13/2008 HailClan is doing fine with cats now. However, BoneClan is lacking cats now. Please consider making a few characters for BoneClan for a while, until all Clans are even in number and increasements. Thank you. -- Brackentail

1/12/2008 TO ALL CLAN LEADERS-- If you have apprentices that need to be trained, take it upon yourself to start a Clan meeting, or PM some warriors in your clan to see if they can take on an apprentice so you all can get the program up and running. Whats a clan without it's mentors? Once the apprentices and warriors are agreeable, feel free to make a Clan meeting and announce it, along with any updates around the camp. 1/09/2008 There are only 2 Loners and Rogues that I know of at the moment. Please would members creating characters please consider making a character that's a rogue, loner or kittypet. I know I'm going to. -- Wildstar

1/05/2008 Hello. Although GustClan cats are banned, please, please note that a crucial member of GustClan, their medicine cat, is missing. That cat will have an important part in the next moon of GustClan, so please think about applying. ONLY for medicine cat, NOT for MCA. -- Heather

1/05/2008 With the shortage of cats in HailClan, there is now a ban on GustClan sign ups. Please don't make any characters in GustClan for a while. We'll need more HailClanners. Thanks! -- Brackentail

1/05/2008 There is currently one Medicine Cat position open in Gustclan. Please think about getting that position filled soon. To see the other clans you can go to the Allegiances. All the clans are doing fine except for Hailclan. They don't have many cats. If this keeps up we will have to set a ban on the other clan signups till Hailclan catches up, or makes a comeback. -- Jadestar
