Paws were placed lightly as claws dug into the frost strewn ground making the lightest of crunching noises. Black auds flicked atop a black dial as sharp features to seemed reflect the sun. The she didn't look as forlorn as before but she still looked cold as the frost she walked apon. In her heart though she was falling into a fire of abandonment. Her father was back but nothing seemed to fit right and everyone seemed to different to make her feel at home once more. She let her mind wander more and more and slept less and less. Yes, her father made her eat more but besides that there was nothing that she did to keep herself alive. Her tail was flicking and eyes flashing cold and brilliant as always. Was there nothing that she coud do to bring herself back down to the level that all other cats seemed to be on?
Well she'd never know for sure. Now she walked through the moonlit pools of light cast by the stars and moon overhead. Night time, the perfect time to think, and to hunt. A small bird was hopping across the frost in front of her and she slowly sunk down before in a blurr of shadow the bird was gone and the cat was happy for a moment. Burrying the bones of her meal, a small scrawny meal, she turned and walked on. Not as lonely as before but still trapped in solitude that nothing seemed to be able to break. Standing in sparkling starlight she looked up to the heavens, begging them for an answer with her face as tail curled up ever so slightly. Any to pass would murmur about starclan cats and wonder if the sparkling beauty was one. No she was just Night, burning in a fire of abandonment.
