Let's see. . . .
NightClan is at the far top right of the forest(imagine a map), and the Shadowed River borders them from HailClan, to their right. On the right side of their camp lies the Burnt Oak. Near the River and the Burnt Oak is the Badger Set, and the rest of their space is hunting grounds with no names and their camp. Within the camp is where the Leader's Den is.
To their right lies HailClan, straight accross the Shadowed River. After you cross the Shadowed River, you see the huge Waterfall nearby, that is attached to the Shadowed River. Going up the River, you'll eventually find the entrance to the HailClan camp behind the Waterfall. There starts HailClan's camp. Behind the front of the camp, meaning behind the Leader's Den, you'll find the Sun-burned Stones after a while. Far off into the distance, you'll find the Snowy Summit. The rest of their lands are for hunting.
By the time you found the Sun-burned Stones, you would see the Hot Springs from GustClan near there. Past the Hot Springs for a while, you'd find The Moor, which is where most of the GustClanners would be found if not in camp. Within The Moor lies the Windy Hollow, or the training grounds for apprentices. Then behind The Moor is their camp.
Now below NightClan and HailClan(again, imagine a map), BoneClan's territories are found far off past a few streams and you eventually find the Fence of Bones, the only thing that separates this Clan from the others. After wandering through their dark territory, you will come accross their sandy field for their camp. Inside here is where you'll find the Leader's Den, which you'll notice is a small den, unlike the other dens which are more like Bluestar's from the books. Going past that is where the Foggy Cliff is, which takes up most of their territory. To the left of the Foggy Cliff is the Thunderpath, where you would find the TwoLeg Houses if you crossed it.
Hope that answers all your questions about that. XD
