Everyone has heard of Lewis Carroll's ALICE IN WONDERLAND, but they haven't heard it like this. It's present day Oxford, a bustling city with everything anyone can ask for. Socialites, celebrities, and entrepreneurs plague the city streets, stimulating the economy in every way. But while this may seen like the shagri-la in today's world, there's a sinister evil hiding underneath the city's perfect façade. Enter the wonderlanders, the group of elite customers of Wonderland, the drug den. Of course, there's the special group that's been with the Rabbit since the start, and they're the ones you don't want to mess with. They're the valued patrons of the White Rabbit's money maker, and the thing is, they're the people you least expect to be there. Politicians, CEOs, the cops down at the precinct, you name it, the White Rabbit's served them.
Skip over to the other side of the town where the investigators reside, the ones who are dying to uncover wonderland, whether for prestige, for their job, or just to satiate their own curiosity (and stashes). Then you have the skeptics. Skeptics are those who refuse to acknowledge the fact that there is something threatening to take down the city's prestigious titles and reputation. They're the close-minded social royalty that hide away in their penthouse apartments, sipping away at imported tea as if nothing is happening.
This is the city of Oxford, where addiction is the new black. Are you ready?
